Commission Payments and Registration:

eWallet Registration Email:
- Timing: Brand Partners & Affiliates will receive their registration email on or before payday. This email will guide you through setting up your payment information.

Payment Status:
- Verification: In your Back Office, go to the "Commissions" tab. If you see a "Yes" on the far right of the Payment Period Line, it means that the payment has been officially committed. You can click "View Statement" next to the amount to see the details.
- Payment Timing: Official payments are processed on the next payday following their appearance in your Back Office. The email to set up your payment information will be sent on the same day or a few days before payday.

Weekly Commissions:
- Schedule: Weekly commissions are paid on Mondays.
- Minimum Amount: You must accumulate at least $20 in commissions to trigger a payout. If you reach $20, you will receive your new user email on the next official payday after reaching this amount.
- Verification Process: To receive commissions, you need to complete a verification process for your protection. Check your junk and spam folders if you don’t see the email right away.

Monthly Commissions:
- Schedule: Monthly commissions are paid on the 15th of the following month. For example, June commissions will be paid on July 15th.
- Processing Time: Payments are transferred on the scheduled date, but the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution, typically 4-7 business days.
