First things first, do make sure you've got the Back Office PRO—once you purchase, it takes a little time (up to 24 hours) to become available.
Troubleshooting App Guide:

Log Out & Refresh: Log out of the app and do a hard close. Reopen the app to see if the issue is resolved. Uninstalling and reinstalling is usually not needed for login issues, so skip that step.

Check for Updates: Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app.

Verify Your ID and Password: Use your ID number and the same password as your Back Office. If you’ve recently changed your password, repeat step 1.
For iPhone Users:
- Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage.
- Find the app and tap on it.
- Select Offload App.
- After offloading, delete the app.
