3. Click "Personal Orders"
4. Select "Track Order" on whichever order you are wanting to track
Here is a list of a few common delivery issues:
1. Order isn't showing "shipped"
What could cause a delay in the tracking information updating to show the order has shipped?
1. Well, sometimes it's because the label on your package isn't lying flat when it goes through the scanning machine. When that label doesn't cooperate, the machine might skip the scanning step.
2. Your package has not been scanned by the carrier. Issues like this can happen when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. Until this first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of the package.
3. There may be a delay in updates to the tracking information database.
So, if you see a delay in your tracking updates, don't sweat it – it's just the carrier doing its thing. Please wait 4 business days before contacting support.
2. Tracking information is not updating
The carrier may have some more detailed information regarding your package's status. To track your package on the carrier website or contact them, go to Carrier Contact Information.
3. Your order appears to be delayed
If the expected delivery date has passed, please keep in mind that things such as weather, traffic, and more could potentially cause delivery delays. Most packages that appear to have been delayed arrive within the next 24 to 48 hours of the expected delivery date. A kind reminder, if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
