Understanding Tracking Information and Delays
If a tracking number has been generated, your package has been shipped. Sometimes, it takes a few days for tracking details to update. This delay can occur due to:
- Label Issues: If the label isn't flat, the scanning machine might skip it.
- Unscanned Packages: High shipping volumes can delay the initial scan.
- Database Delays: Updates to the tracking information database may be delayed.
What to Do:
- If tracking updates are delayed, wait 4 business days before contacting support.
- U.S. orders typically arrive within 4-10 business days.
Here is a list of a few common delivery issues:
1. Tracking information is not updating
The carrier may have some more detailed information regarding your package's status. To track your package on the carrier website or contact them, go to Carrier Contact Information.
2. Your order appears to be delayed
If the expected delivery date has passed, please keep in mind that things such as weather, traffic, and more could potentially cause delivery delays. Most packages that appear to have been delayed arrive within the next 24 to 48 hours of the expected delivery date. A kind reminder, if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
3. Tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package
Follow these steps if, Tracking information shows "Delivered", but package is not here
