- Inspect the Delivery Location: Search around the delivery area for your package.
- Ask Household and Neighbors: See if anyone has seen or received your package.
- Contact the Carrier: Reach out to the carrier directly for more information.
- Submit a Support Request: If the package hasn’t arrived after 3 business days and you’ve contacted the carrier, please submit a support request.
