We understand it can be quite frustrating when the tracking information says "delivered" but the package is not there. Most customers find that the tracking shows delivered and within a couple of days, their package arrives.
Follow these steps if tracking shows a package as delivered but you can't find it.
1. Wait 3 business days for the package to show up from delayed delivery, neighbor, or anyone else who may have received it on your behalf.
2. Look for a delivery notice from the carrier.
3. Look around the delivery location for your package.
4. Ask your household or neighbors if they have seen your package.
5. Contact the carrier directly.
6. Next, if after 3 business days, the package has not arrived, and once you have contacted the carrier to investigate your package please submit a support request.
