💰 Step 4: Refund Processing
Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 10 business days of receipt.
Bank Processing: Refunds may take an additional few business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s timeline.
- You’ll receive 90% of your original purchase price (excluding shipping costs)
- A 10% administrative/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
- Each item can only be returned once — multiple returns for the same product are not allowed
- Returns that fall outside our policy will be discarded without a refund
Returning any portion of a Brand Partner Enrollment Pack is treated as a return of the entire Enrollment, because the Brand Partner Kit is only free with a qualifying pack.
What happens if you return an Enrollment Pack:
- Your Enrollment will be canceled
- Your account will no longer be in Good Standing
- Your account may be terminated
- Any linked Customers, Brand Partners, or Affiliates in your downline will be managed according to Bravenly’s internal policies
