Retail & VIP Customer Instructions:
1. Login using the following details:
- Username: [Enter your ID number]
- Password: [Enter the password you set up]
2. Once logged in
- Click the 3 lines icon
- Click "Hello, ..."
- Click "My Account"
To cancel your Easy-Ship:
- Scroll down and click "My Easy-Ship"
- Press "Edit" on the Easy-Ship profile you would like to cancel
Scroll down and click "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION" at the bottom of the screen
Click "Yes"
3. In the "My Easy-Ship" section, you can also:
- Add new products to your Easy-Ship profile.
- Change product selections.
- Adjust delivery dates.
- Update your payment card information, including the CVV.
Please keep in mind that if you want to change a product, you should ensure that there's always at least one product in your Easy-Ship profile. To change a product, follow these steps:
- First, add the new product you want.
- Second, delete the product you no longer wish to receive.
Our support team is here to assist you if needed, but please reach out to us at least two business days before your order is scheduled for processing for any product changes.
Additionally, if your payment has been declined, the system will attempt to process it again on the next three days. During this time, you can only modify payment information; product and shipping address changes are not possible.
Affiliate & Brand Partner Instructions:

Once logged in:
- Click the 3 lines icon
- Click "Easy-Ship"
To cancel your Easy-Ship:
- Scroll down and click "View Easy-Ship Profile"
- Click "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION"
Click "Yes"

- Add new products to your Easy-Ship profile.
- Cancel existing products.
- Change product selections.
- Adjust delivery dates.
