VIP and Retail Customer Instructions:
1. Log in using the following details:
- Username: [Enter your ID number]
- Password: [Enter the password you set up]
If you need assistance with a password reset, please don't hesitate to let us know.
2. Once you're logged in, you will click My Account in the top left drop-down.
To cancel your Easy-Ship:
Press "Edit" in the "My Easy-Ship" section.
Then click "Cancel Profile" at the bottom of the screen
Click "Yes"
3. In the My Easy-Ship section, you can also:
- Add new products to your Easy-Ship profile.
- Change product selections.
- Adjust delivery dates.
- Update your payment card information, including the CVV.
Please keep in mind that if you want to change a product, you should ensure that there's always at least one product in your Easy-Ship profile. To change a product, follow these steps:
- First, add the new product you want.
- Second, delete the product you no longer wish to receive.
Our support team is here to assist you if needed, but please reach out to us at least two business days before your order is scheduled for processing for any product changes.
Additionally, if your payment has been declined, the system will attempt to process it again on the next three days. During this time, you can only modify payment information; product changes are not possible.
Brand Partner and Affiliate Instructions:

3. Once you're logged in, you'll find an icon named "Easy-Ship" at the top of your home page. Click on it to access your Easy-Ship settings.
4. In the Easy-Ship section, you can:
- Add new products to your Easy-Ship profile.
- Cancel existing products.
- Change product selections.
- Adjust delivery dates.
- Update your payment card information, including the CVV.
